Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes — absolutely. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime through our online member portal and your membership will remain active until the end of your billing period.
How does the unlimited membership work?
Once you sign up, your license plate is registered to your plan. Every time you pull in, our system recognizes your plate and lets you through automatically. No cards, no scanning — just drive in and wash.
Can I share my membership with another vehicle?
Each membership is tied to one license plate. If you'd like to cover a second vehicle, simply sign up for an additional membership for that vehicle. Every car added onto a membership receives 25% off!
What is the Fast Pass lane?
The Fast Pass lane is a dedicated express lane for all members. It bypasses the regular queue entirely — ideal for those who want to get in and out even faster.
When am I billed each month?
You're billed on the same date each month as your sign-up date. For example, if you join on the 15th, you're billed on the 15th of each month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time through the member portal. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Are the vacuums really free?
Yes — high-powered vacuums are included at no charge with every visit. No quarters, no tokens, no catches.
